Colonic Hydrotherapy
Price: £99.
-
Our colon is responsible for eliminating waste and absorbing nutrients from food, and when it doesn't function properly, it can lead to various digestive issues.
Colon hydrotherapy, also known as colonic irrigation or colon cleansing, is a popular treatment that has been practised for decades. It is a natural procedure aimed at flushing out the colon with fluids to remove waste and toxins.
You don’t have to be suffering with digestive issues to seek out colonic hydrotherapy, as it can be a great way to take care of your health and well-being combined with diet an life style changes. -
This procedure is performed by a specialised professional known as colonic therapist or hydrotherapists who have undergone extensive training to provide this service. Kelly Ryan is fully trained in the specialised profession by RICTAT.
The process of colonic hydrotherapy involves the patient lying down on a couch, while the therapist uses a small speculum to insert warm pure filtered water into the rectum. This water helps to loosen and soften the waste material present in the colon. The machine then allows the water and feacal matter to flow out of the colon, and through another tube, it is collected in a disposal unit.
During the procedure, the therapist, may massage the abdomen to help release any stubborn feacal matter. The therapist, will also monitor the water temperature and pressure used to ensure the comfort and safety of the client.
The procedure usually takes between 60-90 minutes with the consultation included, with the amount of water used varying from client to client.
Some additional steps that a therapist might take include incorporating herbal or probiotic infusions in the water to enhance the benefits of the therapy.

Colonic Hydrotherapy can lead to reduced bloating and improved bowel regularity. Additionally, many find that regular treatments contribute to increased energy levels and a more vibrant sense of overall well-being, making it an excellent practice for maintaining digestive health.
Here's what one client said about the benefits:
After suffering for years with tiredness and having no idea why, I am now feeling more energetic and healthier than ever before.
- Sam Luton -
Colonic Hydrotherapy is a completely natural procedure, where pure filtered water is passed through the colon.
Sometimes when you’ve received this treatment you may feel a little bloated this is normal for a time and a few things may happen, it is due to the gases built up as the congested waste matter ferments, and the excess waste puts the bowel under physical pressure.
Afterwards I would recommend that you should drink plenty of warm fluid, eat a light diet and take a warm bath if you can.
Colonic Hydrotherapy is not a medicine so it’s important to remember that it make take a while, and a few sessions of treatment, to really feel the full benefits.

Price: £20. (In addition to the cost of your Colonic Hydrotherapy Treatment)
or £50 as a stand-alone treatment.

An enema involves a one-time infusion of water into the colon. (By contrast, colonics involve multiple infusions).
This main objective of an enema is to evacuate the lower colon (Whilst colonics are meant to cleanse a larger portion of the bowel).
We offer the following types of Enema's for returning clients:
- Chamomile
- Coffee
- Wild Yam
- Asp
- Liquorice
- Anti-Parasite Tincture
Please note we cannot offer these treatments to first-time clients. -
To perform an enema, the individual lies down on their side with knees drawn towards the chest. A lubricated enema kit, which includes a fluid-filled bag connected to a tube, is gently inserted into the rectum. The fluid is then allowed to flow into the colon. The procedure is finished once the kit is removed and the body naturally expels the liquid and any loosened waste from the colon.
This procedure is performed by a specialised professional. Kelly Ryan is fully trained by RICTAT. -
